Edward Toner - Current President of Lodge 11. Vice President of Lodge 11 from 2003 - 2006. Current President of the "Home Association." Ed has been a member of the Chester County Fop Lodge 11 for over two decades in faithful service to the membership. Ed has served in a multitude of positions to include: Chairman of Trustees, Picnic Committee, Anniversary Committee, and Membership Committee. A member of Chester County Sheriff's Department.

Todd Artz - Current Vice President of Lodge 11. Phoenixville Police Department Corporal with 14 Years of Service. FOP member 12 years, Executive Board member 6 years. Anthony Giaimo - Recording Secretary of Chester County Lodge 11 since 2003. Re-elected in December 2004 for the 2005-2006 term. Serving as Recording Secretary and Lodge Delegate since 1994. A member of Chester County Lodge 11 since 1990; serving the membership as a former Legal Aid Chairman, Picnic Committee, Anniversary Committee and Editor of the Patrol Car Magazine since 1995. A member of Tredyffrin Township Police Department since 1990.

Melvyn Levine - Current Treasurer of Chester County FOP Lodge 11. Mel has been re-elected to the 2005-2006 term as both Treasurer and Delegate. Besides the tasks of lodge finances and the receipt and payment of lodge bills, Mel is also the Travel Coordinator for FOP#11, making arrangements for the delegates to attend the state and National conferences. Mel also holds the position of Chairman of the FOP#11 Scholarship Program. Mel has been very actively serving the FOP Lodge 11 for over 35 years and served as Lodge President for two terms in the past. Mel is a retired Police officer who served the citizens of West Goshen Township for 35 years. Retired 3-8-2000.

Paul Ferguson
- Paul was appointed to the position of Lodge Chaplain in December of 2004 by President Kevin Moore as approved by the Executive Board. Paul is a long time member and supporter of Lodge 11. Paul, besides his duties as Lodge Chaplain, assists with a number of lodge functions, including Breakfast with Santa, The Retiree's Committee and a number of other events. Paul is a retired member of Tredyffrin Township Police Department.

Mickey McCue - Mickey is Co-Chaplin and Trustee of FOP Lodge 11. Mickey has been proudly serving the FOP membership since 1971. During this time, Mickey has served the membership in numerous aspects. To highlight a few of his past positions with the lodge over the years: Inside Guard, Outside Guard, Chairman of the Legal Aid Committee, Trustee, Chaplain, Delegate and Dept. Representative. Mickey additionally served the citizens of East Whiteland for 25 years as a Corporal with the East Whiteland Police Department.

Don Miller - Current FOP (Executive Board) Trustee, Associate Secretary, and Founder and Chairman of the FOP Retirees Committee. Don was re- elected to office for the 2005-2006 term, Don has been a member of the Lodge since the mid 1960's and has served the membership since that date. Don also helps coordinate the annual Police Cruise Night/Car Show at Faulkner Pontiac-Buick-GMC, in the Westtown Auto Mall. Proceeds from this event benefit Lodge #11. Don is a retired member of Tredyffrin Township Police Department.

Harold "Butch" Dutter
- Butch has been a very active and supportive member of Lodge 11. Butch is one of the "core" members of the lodge who has been involved with all aspects of the lodge operations from the FOP Picnic to Breakfast with Santa to the Home Association "Squad Room Lounge" and the list keeps on going! Through Butch's tireless service the FOP Lodge 11 continues to function flawlessly. Butch has held a number of positions on the Executive Board. Most recently, Butch was the Vice President of the Lodge and President of the Home Association. Butch is a retired member of Tredyffrin Township Police Department and a current member of the Chester County Detectives.

Ryan Scott - Current FOP Trustee for Lodge #11. Ryan has been a member of Lodge 11 since 1994
and an elected member of the Executive Board since 1999. Ryan is now spending most of his time with the
Lodge helping to coordinate and run the Chester County Hero Golf Tournament. Since 2004, the committee
works very hard for most of the year to host the Golf Tournament which has raised tens of thousands of dollars
for the Lodge and shares the proceeds with the Chester County Hero Fund. Ryan is also the Chairman of the Sunshine Committee
which supports our Active, Retired & Associate Members of the Lodge during deaths in the family or sickness and praises its members for
promotions & births of their children. Ryan has also been elected to serve as a County Delegate for both
the State and National FOP Conventions since 2001. Ryan is currently a Corporal with Tredyffrin Twp PD where he’s worked
since 1994. He also worked for Caln Twp PD for 1.5 years prior to that.
